Dojo is brewed in Japan using traditional barrel-aging methods over 12 months. Most grocery-store soy sauces are industrially fermented in days. Ours has four ingredients, USDA Organic certification, and ~25% less sodium — plus a squeeze bottle built for everyday cooking.

Dojo contains wheat as part of traditional shoyu brewing. We don't recommend it for celiac or strict gluten-free diets. A tamari-style Dojo is on the roadmap — join the waitlist to hear first.
